Biography

Chris Lien is Executive Vice President of Postal Affairs for BCC Software. He has been active in the mailing industry for nearly 30 years. As EVP of Postal Affairs, he is focused on all aspects of the mail supply chain and provides a voice of advocacy on behalf of the thousands of BCC Software and BlueCrest customers. Chris is a recognized industry expert speaking at such events as the National Postal Forum, Postal Customer Councils, Areas Inspiring Mail meetings, and countless industry events. He regularly participates in numerous industry associations such as Association for Postal Commerce, Delivery Technology Advocacy Council (DTAC), and the Postmaster General’s Mailers Technical Advisory Committee where he currently participates as a former MTAC Industry Chair. In 2016, Chris Lien received the Donald A. Mumma Award – the highest award of distinction that Idealliance presents in the mail preparation and processing arena.
