NPF Summer Series Webinar - Moving Forward : Innovating the Customer Experience

The NPF Virtual Summer Series continues Thursday, August 6 at 2 p.m. ET through the end of August, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) and National Postal Forum (NPF) are partnering to host FREE one-hour weekly webinars covering a range of topics including Moving Forward: Fulfilling a Strategic Vision, Innovating the Customer Experience, Meeting Demand thru Innovation, Informed Analytics and Leadership During Changing Times. Each webinar will be led by Postal officers with special guests who will discuss future trends and our strategic direction.    

After a highly successful debut we are looking forward to our next exciting episode Innovating the Customer Experience.   Our second session begins with a series of conversations between Steve Monteith, Vice President, Marketing, and Kelly Sigmon, Vice President, Customer Experience on how the Postal Service is leveraging customer experience principles to strategically position the Postal Service as industry leaders.   Kelly will then interview Jim Gallagher, Vice President Customer Care & Fraud, Nordstrom, on how managing timely delivery of packages in today’s world helps yield an outstanding customer experience.  Finally, we’ll wrap up with Mark Fallon, President and CEO, Berkshire Company, as he presents how the Postal Service is providing it’s business customers with Customer Experience Best Practices to enhance the receiving experience for our customers..
