Episode 5 features a series of presentations beginning with Gary Barksdale, Chief Postal Inspector, and David Bowers, Deputy Chief Inspector.  They will discuss the importance of leadership during a crisis, and leveraging best practices for positioning the USPS on a trajectory for success now and in the future.  This will be followed by a conversation between Dr. Sean Joyce, President, Omega Consultants, and Mark Fallon, CEO of The Berkshire Company.  Together they will examine the principles of leadership based on experiences from their perspective.  Finally, our last segment concludes with Steve, Gary, and David returning to answer questions related to the session.

As an added bonus to the August 27th episode, the  Partnership for Growth winner will be announced and recognized.  Each year the winner of this prestigious award is selected by Postal Service Executive Leadership, it is the highest honor USPS bestows on a customer.
