Mattia Kras is currently a Senior Sales Executive in the Northland District and working out of the Minneapolis Post Office. She has been with the postal service for 5 years. Her previous role as a successful business owner gave her the business knowledge and acumen she needed to assist other businesses in the Northland district.
Ann Joos is a Business Development Specialist for the Northland District covering Minneapolis, southern Minnesota, and southwestern Wisconsin. Ann started working for the postal service 27 years ago as a city letter carrier and held positions as a clerk, postmaster, and detail positions as district retail and address management managers. Working in customer service, operations, and marketing roles has given her a well-rounded knowledge of the capabilities of the USPS and how the Postal Service can help businesses grow and thrive even during these trying times.
Nick Brandt started his Postal career in 1996 in Minneapolis as a City Letter Carrier. After carrying mail for 4 years, he decided to separate from the Postal Service and try something new. Postal blue ran too deep in his family, though, as his grandfather, father, mother, uncle, and brother all have worked, or still work for the USPS; and he returned to carrying mail after a 5-year hiatus. After a short time as a letter carrier Nick decided he wanted to further his career and in 2006, he enrolled in the Associate Supervisor program. He was a Customer Service Supervisor and acting Station Manager for 9 years; and though he loved it, Nick wanted more knowledge about mailing requirements and postal products. That led him to a position as the Mailing Standards Specialist, which he held for 4 ½ years. The knowledge he gained as the Mailing Standards Specialist led him to the Business Alliance Team.
