The USPS Mailing Services team will hold a webinar on May 15, 2020 at 2:00 PM EST to provide mailers with a description of the program requirements and information about how to register for participation.  The 2020 Personalized Color Transpromo Promotion is intended to incorporate marketing messages highlighted through the use of color, dynamic variable print and personalization.  Color messaging within bills and statements enhances the value of First-Class Mail by fostering a better connection and response from consumers.
